The time and efforts sometimes feel un-noticed. It would be better if the feedback is straightforward no matter the intensity
The assignment of work is based on seniority. The one with least experience is expected to the grunt work and support even though there is no actual development work the seniors work on. The split should be equal irrelevant to the superiority in experience.

One challenge could be more streamlined communication between departments, which sometimes leads to delays. But I believe the company is actively working on improving this.
