Equal and fair amount of opportunities should be given to the capable candidates. Lot of benefits are given to the same set of people which might decline the interest of other employees.

THBS UK is all about salary. Employees at onsite feel like they are contractors rather than employees of THBS. All though company pays good salary and has a good bonus structure there are no benefits (such as health care, Critical illness, Life Insurance and also Work place pension is bare minimum)

the team i work with is very collaborative, if anyone stuck with an issue then all together work to solve it at the earliest.

More interaction with the higher management with the teams at least twice a years or quarterly would be even better. This entrusts the employees that the policy of the company is inclusiveness rather than bureaucratic.
