It has been a few months since I joined. Turing's culture is gorgeous and admirable. The startup environment also gives plenty of room for growth, collaboration, and constructive criticism. I've also been blessed with managers who truly care about our development and our wellbeing.

Most collaborative, supportive, best performing, kind, attentive, humble, and understanding team. It's great to know we can count on each other in the midst of challenges and changes.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
Although Turing has an attractive compensation evaluation every six months, the rate at which I have personally performed, and the growing responsibilities and opportunities do make adjustments fall a little too slow or too short. Definitely, a more competitive and cautious improvement to consider.

I had no experience in the role, so I focused on what I have known and how that could best serve Turing's operations, knowing I could always learn and improve. My managers made sure that all efforts were appreciated, providing challenges and responsibilities that have helped build my career.
Qu’est-ce qui vous rend le plus heureux au travail?
This is a vision-driven, growing startup that appreciates talent and initiatives. To me, this is a playground and academy - where anything new is supported and everything we knew is reknew. The sense of value and opportunity for meaningful work, and helping developers have a job as cool as mine.
Qu’avez-vous le plus aimé du procédé d’entretien?
Some say it has become easier with time. When I was interviewed, I bet I was about to fail, yet according to my new manager, having the right attitude and openness was the right fit. Questions were quite hard and interesting, I knew he knew how to interview. I still remember it.
