The company is generally great to work for, however the compensation is not keeping up with inflation. As a single mother this means a lot and may mean the difference between remaining with UCHealth or finding another job.

The compensation does not reflect the cost of living in Colorado Springs. Although I like work for UCHealth, I may have to leave for a higher paying job since I am the sole provider for my family.
