Pay was garbage for amount of responsibility. Every time someone quit or was fired, they would pile the responsibility onto me with no extra pay. The insurance and benefits gradually got worse over the years. Most toxic work environment that I've encountered. Worst 9 years of my life.

Love UMB. The people UMB hires are my friends and colleagues. UMB puts people first. No company is perfect but UMB has many admirable characteristics. I enjoy working here.
UMB has many of the same amenities and perks as much larger corporations. They are constantly striving to get better at what they do, working to become the leader in unparalleled customer experiences. The CEO is noticeably visible and involved as a leader. I really like working here.
I've enjoyed my time there, but the culture needs improvement.
