When I first started it was not that bad of a company to work for. As the years went on though things started to go down hill and fast. Managers were quitting left and right and those brought in to replace them are either too busy outside of work and are more focused on that or are ill-qualified.

The most positive thing about the work culture is that everyone is friendly, even if they don't like you.

The best parts are that the employer matches what you put into your 401(k) up to a certain point and that the eye and dental insurance premiums are not too bad.

Communication with employees on new processes or keeping employees in the loop when there will be a big change to their department needs work. The training of new employees could also be better, there should be a designated trainer, not just having semi-new employees training the new employees.

Co-workers need to learn that they are there to work and that it is not a social club. Second shift really needs to learn this as they are the most slacking of the three shifts. Management does nothing to help the situation as they favor second shift, because that is where they came from that shift.
