My coworkers who make it bearable.

We work together to provide the best quality care we can with what we have. We should stop lying to ptoents and honestly tell them how dire staffing is. We dont do that though, we dont want to add further stress on them.

Teamwork is mostly positive some people dont help much but for the most part everyome is willing to help

Everyone for the most part is able to get the jobs done effectively.

some of the coworkers need to do their job. Some of them need to care more about the patients and not avoid ones they do not like.

Co-workers need to learn that they are there to work and that it is not a social club. Second shift really needs to learn this as they are the most slacking of the three shifts. Management does nothing to help the situation as they favor second shift, because that is where they came from that shift.
