Better and consistent compensation. Free mental health. Allowing unit leaders autonomy to run their units. Safe nurse to patient ratios.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Listen to nurses and other team members at meetings. Actual collaboration, not meetings where HR says "thanks for your feedback" its insulting.
