What do you like best about the leadership team?
My supervisor is amazing and always looking to help. My manager takes Thursdays to work from home and is never on the unit to help
The only leaders I have positive things to say about are my direct unit managers. They truly care and do all theyre "allowed" to do to help.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have no compensation and occasional bonuses that are pretty insignificant

Extra 2% 401k contribution in addition to 50% match up to 6%
The best parts are that the employer matches what you put into your 401(k) up to a certain point and that the eye and dental insurance premiums are not too bad.
Being able to choose which kind of insurances you want.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers who make it bearable.
We work together to provide the best quality care we can with what we have. We should stop lying to ptoents and honestly tell them how dire staffing is. We dont do that though, we dont want to add further stress on them.
Teamwork is mostly positive some people dont help much but for the most part everyome is willing to help
We are amazing teammates and work well together
Great staff, fun to work with and patient care, love for what you do, keeps you coming back. But better compensation would be nice!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My coworkers who look at the dumpster Fire and still come into the room and help me out.
