Overall, I've had a great experience. The lack of annual raise is probably the most alarming issue. I do appreciate the hybrid WFH. The open floorplan makes it hard to have meetings so I try to schedule as many meetings as I can on the days I work from home but that's not always feasible.

I think my team is the best part of my job. Everyone's been very willing to help train me or make time when I do ask for help.

Out of everyone the executive team, I've interacted mainly with Brad and he's been nothing but incredible, helpful, and insightful. I've also interacted a little with Dhruv and he's always been very courteous.

Knowing I've made a positive impact on the company's operations, procedures, and efficiency through my work. Lastly, making other people's lives easier (especially those in other departments - it's been easy to build relationships with others when they trust that I just want to help them succeed).
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I wasn't aware that Vervent doesn't give annual raises so I was a little baffled when I found out. I understand Vervent has a variable compensation but in previous companies, I would receive an annual raise based on my performance and then a bonus based on the company/department performance.
Qu’est-ce qui est le plus positif à propos de la culture et de l’environnement de votre entreprise?
My manager has been so supportive and has made it known how important my development and growth is to her and that just means a lot to me. I was a bit concerned when I first found out about the acquisition but I think it's been a great move for the company.
