Working in a medical company raises discussions around anatomy and disease states. The TLV office is really beautiful and creates a wonderful working environment. The location is great. Yoga lessons are great as well.

I got a 2% salary raise after 2 years, despite the best peer and manager's assessment. Seems like Viz doesn't understand the competitive job market and the standard for salary raises, and thus doesn't care enough to maintain its employees.

Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?

The policies of the company are very strict and wouldn't allow off-cycle salary raises, bonuses, or any compensation (days off, 10bis etc.). It creates a situation when an employee can work for 11 months in Viz and gets his first raise only after 23 months.
