What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is the kindest I've ever worked with.

The executives I interact with genuinely care about me - they remember the little things about my life (hobbies, interests), and they ask for my input (and actually take it, too). They treat assistants like real people, and not just like the help.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary and working from home.

Wellness days. They give you time to catch up.

Not sure. It's good by can be better. For example, the insurance co-pay is high, and there is no contribution to our 401K.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our benefits are extremely expensive and raises are hard to come by.

Implementing minimum yearly cost of living increases would help, as would making sure that raises are spread out fairly (rather than too focused on certain departments).

For the amount of work and time invested in the company I am not properly compensated. Our medical benefits are also extremely expensive on a monthly basis, and the medical bills still pile up.

Generally like-minded, kind individuals who are invested in our mission.

It is very inclusive. Before Viz I was never really able to truly be myself at work.

The way that we celebrate people - birthdays, anniversaries, personal milestones (new children, weddings)

We get to work with people all over the world and they all care about patients outcome and to improve/help science.

They take the value "Kindness wins" seriously - when I have had issues with folks being unkind, it was actually addressed, and things changed. They are truly committed to fostering a kind workplace, and that's rare.
