Getting to work with excellent people, and taking on exciting new projects.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Implementing minimum yearly cost of living increases would help, as would making sure that raises are spread out fairly (rather than too focused on certain departments).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They take the value "Kindness wins" seriously - when I have had issues with folks being unkind, it was actually addressed, and things changed. They are truly committed to fostering a kind workplace, and that's rare.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have the best team! I have never worked with more engaged, thoughtful, hardworking people who honestly give their best every single day. I can count on their support whenever I need it, and I'm always happy to help my team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The executives I interact with genuinely care about me - they remember the little things about my life (hobbies, interests), and they ask for my input (and actually take it, too). They treat assistants like real people, and not just like the help.
