Executive team is disconnected from our real problems. Their solution is more micro managing directors. What we need is the exact opposite - control over the work we do. A startup needs initiatives, and that cannot happen under micro management.

The company does great things, and I do feel I have a meaningful impact on the world. Nonetheless, I don't understand the company goals, the very thin organization structure, and mainly the thrive for mediocreness - there seems to be a lack of understanding what good quality looks like.

I think the salaries are not competitive and there are no bonuses at all. Not only that - the last raise in salaries was of 2-3%, less than the 7% acceptable in the local tech industry.
