What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Bottom up, employee-driven decision making. Re-flatten the company. Directors create more waste than value.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

No raise in more than two years. Company didn't bother to think about other compensations. Just ignored us.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Lack of freedom in my own work. Managers micro managing everything. More red-taping than I've ever experienced in any company. Waste like this is boring and discouraging.
