What is the best part about your compensation package?
They provide us compensation for using our own phones and internet. When working from home and using your own resources that is very much appriciated.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everybody at Viz is best-in-class at what they do. It pushes me to be better, helps us really push for excellence, and achieve the difficult things we need to do be a generation-defining company

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I believe we do work well together remotely. I think maybe having more interactive meetings instead of just everyone with their cameras off will help peopole focus on the topic of discussion.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Celebrating eachother. We use shout outs and slack channels to acknowledge the gratitude we have for each other. It would be nice to see these come from more managers and executives. I don't think I've seen harly any from higher ups.

What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I have a LOT of work to do. I like to keep busy and my plate is always full of different tasks that challenge me on a daily basis. It's not just the same day in and day out work that can cause you to burn out.
