Viz.ai is the absolute best organization I've ever worked for! The mission and people make it such. I have zero desire to work elsewhere.

Our benefits are extremely expensive and raises are hard to come by.

They are open to change. They listen and do their best to take action.

Our team truly lives our core values and wants to help each other out.

I love our mission, what I do each day, and the people I work for/with!

Being able to positively impact those I work for, as well as positively impacting patients lives.

It is very inclusive. Before Viz I was never really able to truly be myself at work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation is on the low end of the pay scale, especially given the very heavy workload.

Viz.ai cares about diversity and inclusion. It's very welcoming to be able to truly be yourself at work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the amount of work and time invested in the company I am not properly compensated. Our medical benefits are also extremely expensive on a monthly basis, and the medical bills still pile up.
