There have been many promises made by supervisors/managers in the past that have not come to fruition. I stayed at Viz, and continue to stay at Viz, because the product is important and could change healthcare for everyone's benefit. But I am disappointed in my own situation and hope it gets better.

The stated mission is truly a lofty and benevolent one that is going to change lives for many many people. It is an attainable goal and one that we are consistently moving toward and providing better and better products and support.

I consistently outperform my peers, I was assured of advancement previously and was given a window of time during which it would happen, but it didn't happen even though I continued to perform better and better. I was counting on that promotion for financial reasons and stayed because it was coming.
