The people we work with and our amazing office. The energy isn't stressed or frantic, it's calm and positive which is so nice compared to how it used to be.

accountability and reliability - not all my coworkers have this but the ones who do i value so much because i know i can rely on them and i don't have to worry about anything while they are covering for me

We are all very collaborative and work quickly to find solutions to anyone's problems. I love being able to feel so confident in knowing I can come to my team with any problems I have and they will help me work through them.

I really love how much responsibility we are given and the trust my manager has in me to always do my best. I don't feel micro-managed or overwhelmed. Our office environment is also very nice, bright and clean which is apprecaited and makes me happy.

transparency which really showed last year as we went through the pandemic, racial injustices, pay cuts, etc it was a tough year but I felt very lucky and secure thanks to the honesty and consistent communication from leadership as we weathered the storm that was 2020.
