It was a brilliant company and loved working here and recommended it to everyone before 2021 and now wouldn't recommend it to anyone

My boss is managing me out of my team.. badly. I have not received an award from my boss this year. I have not received an award since April. My boss is very passive aggressive towards me and they are getting what they want by making me leave!
