What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is a culture of inclusivity and a real desire for the leadership to bring everyone along the journey. People are at the heart of the organisation and this is clear from behaviours I have witnessed from the leadership team.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listen more and look after own employees better, practice more of what we preach. Stop obsessing so much about sales and revenue and focus on building a sustainable business with a clear vision and strategy for the short, medium and long term. More transparency in decision-making.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
RSU announcement fell well below expectations. Particularly when the commentary a number of months ago was this equity package would be life changing!

Compensation philosophy needs a complete overhaul if we're to stay relevant in current climate, and improve our chances to retain and attract talent. The lack of equity is particularly off putting.

The talent of the team is outstanding. There is a feeling that we are here to help each other be successful. Ego's are left at the door!

My ability to help my team be successful in their job.

The work is always different, as an engineer this expands my own portfolio and also keeps me from getting board. It can be stressful sometimes, but as an open team, when we are asked to do something new we just state it and get a little extra time to learn as we build. Then share it with others.
