What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Gratitude awards and Bonus Structure really make me feel like my work is appreciated.

I enjoy our quarterly bonusses structure. It allows for a continuous conversation around performance throughout the year and boosts morale when you achieve and receive compensations for your your quarterly AIMs.

The in-office experience has really been upgraded in the last few months, to align with the return to office. We are well looked after in terms of the cafe, snacks and even hot food now. Couldn't really ask for more in that respect. There is a new gym coming soon, which is an amazing perk

Family heath and dental insurance, Gratitudes but bring back the Euro discount for euro gift cards it was effectively lost with the move to points and doesn't effect dollar cards!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Industry standard salary for my position is well above my salary

Compared to the big tech companies, WH doesnt seem to provide decent benefits. I was incredibly disappointed at Christmas time, when the end of the year was not even marked at all. Most companies, due to Covid, sent out presents and hampers to staff. This seemed totally ignored by Workhuman.

My Team is Extremely supportive and was always make time for a laugh. I learn an awful lot from them.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel like Workhuman is a lot more fair than other companies. They also reward and encourage people who speak out and so are committed to always improve.

Different Teams and Departments all know each other well and work closely together. You feel comfortable approaching anyone for questions or help. A lot of time and effort is spent on improving the culture and environment by organizing numerous company events, gifting etc throughout the year.
