Our leadership team care deeply about us, both on an team and individual basis. They do their best to ensure we are happy and successful!

They are co-workers that also have become life long friends. Everyone is invested and passionate, working on the same goal of having our team and company grow and be successful.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I enjoy our quarterly bonusses structure. It allows for a continuous conversation around performance throughout the year and boosts morale when you achieve and receive compensations for your your quarterly AIMs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Different Teams and Departments all know each other well and work closely together. You feel comfortable approaching anyone for questions or help. A lot of time and effort is spent on improving the culture and environment by organizing numerous company events, gifting etc throughout the year.
