  • So so... slowly but everybody have a chance to grow

  • The career growth opportunities on the Engineering team at Ximble are excellent! If a person decides they want to move forward or even to a different branch, they have all the support they need - from flexible times due to schooling, to tutoring 1-on-1 with other engineers from our company, meetings and sharing the knowledge with the people that can help (and everyone from the team loves to help), all to the management team having the good ear for such occasions and, of course, giving the opportunity to work on the level the person's knowledge is at - be it from a junior to a higher position, or from one language programmer to a different language programmer.
