The most impressive aspect of Ximble's leadership team is the fact that everyone is able to contacted. If I want to have a conversation with our CEO, I can. If I want to have a discussion with our Executive Chairman, consider it done. That to me is absolutely incredible. Everyone gets involved.

A fair salary with occasional bonuses and salary raises is great. Paid days off are also included.

Everything is as it should be, and according to the law and the negotiations we've had about the compensation, - transportation expenses, paid vacation days, office equipment, and flexible scheduling are perhaps among the best (next to the health insurance)

The team that I work with on a daily basis consist of multiple departments, and everyone is on point at all times. The collaboration between the departments is incredibly effective, and we all work incredibly well together.

We're all individuals that work good as a team, we complement each other and help each other grow and develop both professionally and personally. We know we're in the good company and it can be felt when we share our work and all that comes with it. We learn one from another and are good friends.

Pleasant conversation with a couple of people from the executive team felt comfortable.

The conversation was really pleasant, followed by two tests I had time for to prepare. They were quite opened about my questions for them on the interview and the people were friendly from the moment I walked in to the door.

It was efficient, quickly but we all necessary steps without losing on quality
