Ximble Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Benefits are the best oart

Total compensation is fair for the workload.

Getting paid in time etc.

Review from IT Dept

A fair salary with occasional bonuses and salary raises is great. Paid days off are also included.

Everything is as it should be, and according to the law and the negotiations we've had about the compensation, - transportation expenses, paid vacation days, office equipment, and flexible scheduling are perhaps among the best (next to the health insurance)

It is well estimated in the begin

Review from IT Dept

My package includes all benefits and compensation that motivates to give the best in return to the company

Review from IT Dept

days off, work from home, paid sick days -flexible working hours

posibility to have a good deal in any time

The best part about the compensation package - without a doubt - is the Health Insurance.

Dental, gym pass, airline miles.

I believe I'm getting paid above the normal rate plus getting several incentives to perform better at work.

We are covered for any illness, I like the flexibility and fairness in general.

It's well thought out and specific.

The best part is getting my salary increases as my time in Ximble goes on.
