What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The interactions, and communication, that I share with my co-workers on a daily basis.
I get to work from home.
The working environment is very positive and relaxed. The team is highly motivated to do their work.
Even when in a rush, we'll still find the time to answer each other's question and respect one's time.
You can be 'different' If you are fair enough, everybody is fair enough with you

The atmosphere is positive, there's work but also I feel very comfortable working in this environment.
The most positive aspect of Ximble's culture and the environment is the team effort we put in and the fulfillment we have to build an amazing product and service.
Our ideas are taken in to considerations and many times they are implemented.
You are not forced to work more than the hours you need, giving you enough time to spend with your family and loved ones. You can always ask help from anyone from the company, from CEO down to each front line support.
We have a very relaxed environment in the office, but nobody takes it for granted. We all take responsibility for our own work without needing to be pushed or pressured.
