Even when in a rush, we'll still find the time to answer each other's question and respect one's time.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Everything is as it should be, and according to the law and the negotiations we've had about the compensation, - transportation expenses, paid vacation days, office equipment, and flexible scheduling are perhaps among the best (next to the health insurance)
What did you like most about the interview process?
The conversation was really pleasant, followed by two tests I had time for to prepare. They were quite opened about my questions for them on the interview and the people were friendly from the moment I walked in to the door.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team works with us as a part of a 'big family', looking for ways to create and maintain a positive and wonderful work culture for all the employees. They always listen and pay attention and react in the best possible ways for all of us to feel good and to keep doing our best.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're all individuals that work good as a team, we complement each other and help each other grow and develop both professionally and personally. We know we're in the good company and it can be felt when we share our work and all that comes with it. We learn one from another and are good friends.
