
Having the highest GSS rates and one of the highest survey rates in the store. Guests will call back hours or days later conplimenting service. It makes me feek good to know that im doing something right.
Someone will always have your back while agreeing how unfair the manager/GM's treatment is towards others. I try not to tell anyone whats going on, but the servers/hostesses will make you feel more welcome than the managers and gm.
When im upset or someone else is upset, we can always find someone else going through the same thing in the store. Whether it be unfair treatment or refusing to let us eat.. theres always someone else going through it.
