What do you like best about the leadership team?
Nothing I can think of
The great communication, great invatiment to work.
They dont have favorites, everyone has to follow the same rules
I can tell that they are honestly trying their best to make things easier for the teammates below their ranks. Im very happy to say that i do feel professionally supported by them 100%.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication. Being approachable. Realizing we have lives outside of work. Helping. Stop being defensive and demeaning ( was told by our GM how embarrassed he is "to manage this store"... and that we're all replaceable." Yet preaches how we need to all respect each othet.)
Human interactions for sure one manager with zero personability,thats power hungry and uses her position to victimize especific employe should never be in a supervizing position
They tell a lot of the female workers that they need to be more social with the managers when a lot of them are there to just work. I've been told i could be nicer to them when in reality i just don't flirt with them. Huge problem with Dustin Gunderson.

If in being honest the leadership team here at my location should all be terminate immediatley! My leadership team does not help out when in a crisis with tables they become fustrate and start to project their fustration on their workers. Doing drugs on the clock while still attempting to work with

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because any input or critisim brought to the management will ignored or acted as if you're wrong or like youre bringing negativity. the servers make 2-3x what the bartenders make at my location, very weird considering we are smack dab the middle of downtown, a bar district..
Already listed everything. Anyone who puts up with the level of disrespect that this compnay shells out deserves a raise
I've been at the company for over a year and I still am not given any of the well paying shifts. In addition, it is impossible to move up. The managers will hold promotion over your head and then never give it to you.
Would be better if benifits were accecable earlier
Felt undervalued mostly from GM and treated just like stock meat. They have no care for good employees

We are like a family
Everyone is great with team work and we're always looking out for one another. We try to keep a good energy, but majority (not all) of management isn't apart of any of this.
My co-workers are amazing! They're hard working and very accommodating towards guests and co workers!

communicating but also instead of a lot of turn over we need to have an enviorment where we can all make money by doing better at multitasking

We do our job but still have fun with each other and can talk about life outside of work

It is a very inclusive staff, and they actually engage in fun/silly activies that rewards and reinforces the humanity in the workspace.
The managment provides us with food which doesnt seem like a lot but i do appreciate it.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needs to have a complete restructuring

I think YH should listen to their employees more and i mean everyone not just listening to a manager and believing them over a server for example. Ive expressed concerns and they just get looked over and ignored.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Nothing i can think of
It was more of a formality. They hired me fast. Only thing is that servers need to have a lot of experience
They were willing to give some of the baby servers a shot with the right guidance, even though it would be their first time serving.

When i know im doing my job the best i can
Having the highest GSS rates and one of the highest survey rates in the store. Guests will call back hours or days later conplimenting service. It makes me feek good to know that im doing something right.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No improvement here. Darden would be better off dropping yard house as a corporation.
Like i've stated someone needs to have a sit down and review how the managers are with the female staff.

There are many problems that are in need of imprvemwnt at my job but for starts the managment needs to be reevaluated. And team members should be given promotions based on expereince and time put in at the resturant not just because a manger likes them or because of the skin color.
Checking the cameras for coworker interactions. Hiring less violent people.
The food always takes 40+ minutes to come out and it comes out made incorrectly and cold almost all or the time. No to mention they let seafood out that smells rotten. They send out desserts still frozen
