The team work and great communication!
We are like a family
Everyone is great with team work and we're always looking out for one another. We try to keep a good energy, but majority (not all) of management isn't apart of any of this.
My co-workers are amazing! They're hard working and very accommodating towards guests and co workers!

Some of the best things about my team af yars hoyse are strictly the servers. Each and everyone of these servers help one another out at anytime. They are compassionate and very understanding.
we all help each other out, and have each others backs.
the servers are all good for the most part, and can work in fast paced environments. they are funny too

My teammates genuinely care about each others progress and it shows. They demonstrate leadership qualities that allows them swing from foreground to background to help the wheel turn.
Mostly everyone is motivated to be a work.
People are nice and get their jobs done
FOH and BOH are all great to work with.
When im upset or someone else is upset, we can always find someone else going through the same thing in the store. Whether it be unfair treatment or refusing to let us eat.. theres always someone else going through it.
Thr servers were all like family

That we all try to work together but the general manager seems to tear the restaurant apart

communicating but also instead of a lot of turn over we need to have an enviorment where we can all make money by doing better at multitasking
