The great communication, great invatiment to work.
They dont have favorites, everyone has to follow the same rules
I can tell that they are honestly trying their best to make things easier for the teammates below their ranks. Im very happy to say that i do feel professionally supported by them 100%.
Very organized with their proper dities
They don't communicate at all and arent on the same page so the choas makes almost a free work environment

Communication. Being approachable. Realizing we have lives outside of work. Helping. Stop being defensive and demeaning ( was told by our GM how embarrassed he is "to manage this store"... and that we're all replaceable." Yet preaches how we need to all respect each othet.)
Human interactions for sure one manager with zero personability,thats power hungry and uses her position to victimize especific employe should never be in a supervizing position
They tell a lot of the female workers that they need to be more social with the managers when a lot of them are there to just work. I've been told i could be nicer to them when in reality i just don't flirt with them. Huge problem with Dustin Gunderson.

If in being honest the leadership team here at my location should all be terminate immediatley! My leadership team does not help out when in a crisis with tables they become fustrate and start to project their fustration on their workers. Doing drugs on the clock while still attempting to work with

better management, helping the team, and not harassing the employees.
Management believes they are untouchable and can do and say whatever they want.
Get better attitude, treat their employees better and improve their kitchen.
The leadership team needs to get better at leaving their personal emotions towards someone at home. And keeping the workplace professional. Eliminate favoritism. and hold everyone accountable not just select individuals.

Giving breaks and respecting workers for a corporation you guys sure hire unqualified people.
