I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at 10 Federal. The owners and leadership team are fantastic. For a small to mid-size company, we operate very well and are able to innovate, pivot, and adapt very quickly given our team size and everything that we do.

Everyone pitches in and helps with whatever they can, whenever they can. For a small company, we cover a lot of territory, and that has a lot to do with the contributions of each team member.

The salary is competitive and the bonuses are also competitive. Overall our benefits package is good, but it could be better. The out of pocket costs for employees are high, both in terms of premiums and out of pocket costs for healthcare.
