10 Federal Storage Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Great healthcare benefits that are no cost to me.

Review from Operations Dept

Review from Customer Support Dept

Paid healthcare is probably my favorite

The health insurance has been stellar and has been a huge help during my sudden health declines.

Review from Operations Dept

I believe 10Federal pays a very competitive wage for our area and industry.

The benefits package is good.

Review from HR Dept

Hybrid work schedule, health insurance is pretty good

The healthcare package is the best I have seen at any company.

I feel that I am compensated fairly. The value of the benefits package makes it even better!

Review from Operations Dept

That there is little to no cost to me.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Paid healthcare is almost unheard of.

Review from Operations Dept

Total compensation is competitive and the PTO benefit is great.

Review from Operations Dept

16 days of paid time off

The medical benefits package is wonderful

Review from Customer Support Dept

Benefits package is great. Lots of perks

Paid fairly for work and bonused when the company succeeds.

Bonus potential based on company performance

Pay, bonuses, PTO plan, I also like they do not make us pay a premium for healthcare.

The insurance offered is a huge perk of being a 10Federal team member.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Bonuses were cut without clear metrics on a new end of year bonus structure. Unsure if this will essentially lead to a pay cut - would just like transparency.

The work load is increasing. Salaries are not. This was not a good year to take away the cost of living increase. Internal promotion opportunities seem to only be at the office and available to external candidates.

Review from Operations Dept

I feel undervalued because my pay rate isn't compatible with the rate of inflation that is currently happening. This area is quite expensive and the pay is barely enough to survive off of. A three-dollar raise for the entire company and every year thereafter a cost of living adjustment.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I would feel more valued if my job made a little more money, or if they gave me a company truck so I wouldn't have to put the miles on my truck

Review from Operations Dept

The pay scale among my specific department is very skewed based on when you were hired. Senior employees are not paid the same base rate as new hires, even when we are performing the same work.

The scope of work with this job has increased significantly in the past 6 months. We are now doing more to compensate for roles that have been eliminated.

Review from Operations Dept

Positive feedback, reviews, discussion of career development and compensation goals

I do feel the compensation is leaning more towards rewarding the employees who do the least amount of work. The compensation is rewarded primarily through bonus funds which are distributed to quite a few people who delegate all work. I believe it would be more fair to equal out the base pay instead

Review from Operations Dept

My schedule was changed even though I was originally asked how I felt and said that is not what I was hired to work and wouldn't accept the position if I knew that was an option. I was not compensated for rearranging my life. In my opinion, the pay doesn't seem adequate for the job

Review from HR Dept

We perform several different processes to assist tenants and over time we are given more responsibilities but our pay hasn't increased. We are expected to work night shifts (that no one wants to work) w/o any incentives for being away from our families at dinnertime.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I have been told I am receive higher base compensation than others at my level; however, I definitely do not feel the compensation amounts to the time, effort, dedication, personal time, and overtime, I put into the company. I also do not receive a routine bonus as some have been receiving.

Review from Operations Dept

The amount of work that is being added and the number of changes that we have to adapt quickly to is not matching up with the pay.
