Bonuses were cut without clear metrics on a new end of year bonus structure. Unsure if this will essentially lead to a pay cut - would just like transparency.
The work load is increasing. Salaries are not. This was not a good year to take away the cost of living increase. Internal promotion opportunities seem to only be at the office and available to external candidates.

I feel undervalued because my pay rate isn't compatible with the rate of inflation that is currently happening. This area is quite expensive and the pay is barely enough to survive off of. A three-dollar raise for the entire company and every year thereafter a cost of living adjustment.

The pay scale among my specific department is very skewed based on when you were hired. Senior employees are not paid the same base rate as new hires, even when we are performing the same work.

Communication between the different levels of employees still leaves a lot to be desired. Something as simple as turn your "out of the office reply "on when you are out of the office. We installed this microsoft 365 and it seems like no one teally uses it thst much.

There is a lot of negativity and gossiping that goes on. The atmosphere is not positive and uplifting. Need to improve attitudes and teamwork.
The drama in the office is out of control. It has lessened since Andrew and Geoff have been brought onto the team. However, the owners often reinforce the negative behavior, allowing others to continue acting the way they do. It's a toxic environment most of the time. Even with new people like Jacob

Team building meetings, once a month meetings with entire company in a room together discussing plans, goals, achievements. Allowing for open questions.
Consequences for negative and toxic actions that are not directly related to the company's success and work-related topics. Fairness for all employees to be treated equally rather than by rank. Discourage gossip and drama, encourage positivity, and uplifting each other to succeed together.

The bullying, gossiping, and unprofessional conduct, have to stop. Leadership should spearhead this a bit more aggressively to nip it in the bud. People should not have to worry about going to work for fear of poor treatment and lack of understanding or patience. People deal with enough outside work

There is no interest in or discussion of investing in the career development of employees. Giving feedback, entrusting with greater responsibilities, etc.
We don't have enough help and people seem to be getting burnt out while additional responsibilities and expectations are being added

Poor work-life balance for night shift employees. Without shift differential pay it's not worth missing out on family time and part-time gigs for extra income. I'll most likely be quitting soon because of this.
