Well the people at the office seem to get a lot of little motivational perks and office activities, whereas the people out on the front line at the properties seem to be left out. They have a carnival, we should get time off. But the best thing is when we sell a property, everyone win$$$$.

The bullying, gossiping, and unprofessional conduct, have to stop. Leadership should spearhead this a bit more aggressively to nip it in the bud. People should not have to worry about going to work for fear of poor treatment and lack of understanding or patience. People deal with enough outside work
