In the beginning, it was HARD. It's only gotten more difficult, but strangely in a positive way. I am challenged every day at 10 Federal and have been given the freedom to grow and make mistakes for the greater good of the business. I have been trusted to do my work and have been elevated by VIPs.

Working for 10 Federal has many perks! Especially, the benefits package and occasional bonus pay. This is greatly appreciated and never taken for granted. However, the culture and workload - with a high-stress environment - are almost enough to leave that behind. Issues come from owner leadership.

Accomplishing goals that directly relate to the company's success! I enjoy tackling a large project and bringing it to completion, helping to evolve company responsibilities proving growth for all!

I think the leadership team (Andrew and Geoff) are exceptional at helping to guide the company to success. I do wish Brad and Cliff would step back a bit more as they sometimes hinder operations.

Since we've restructured, the culture has shifted to a more positive environment. The leadership team truly cares about every hard worker at the company. I see where we are headed and you can count me in!

Consequences for negative and toxic actions that are not directly related to the company's success and work-related topics. Fairness for all employees to be treated equally rather than by rank. Discourage gossip and drama, encourage positivity, and uplifting each other to succeed together.

The bullying, gossiping, and unprofessional conduct, have to stop. Leadership should spearhead this a bit more aggressively to nip it in the bud. People should not have to worry about going to work for fear of poor treatment and lack of understanding or patience. People deal with enough outside work

I have been told I am receive higher base compensation than others at my level; however, I definitely do not feel the compensation amounts to the time, effort, dedication, personal time, and overtime, I put into the company. I also do not receive a routine bonus as some have been receiving.

The fact that my boss has a sense of understanding with me and how I operate. We are trusted to get the work completed in the timeframe allotted, and I'm trusted to request assistance from whomever as we go. That speaks volumes and makes me want to work harder to prove appreciation.

The drama in the office is out of control. It has lessened since Andrew and Geoff have been brought onto the team. However, the owners often reinforce the negative behavior, allowing others to continue acting the way they do. It's a toxic environment most of the time. Even with new people like Jacob

I do feel the compensation is leaning more towards rewarding the employees who do the least amount of work. The compensation is rewarded primarily through bonus funds which are distributed to quite a few people who delegate all work. I believe it would be more fair to equal out the base pay instead

The newer people have helped shake the vibe of the company for the better. I used to dread coming into the office for the sake of getting hit with the bad culture (messes with you over time!) ... But I can honestly say I now love it again and enjoy working with those around me.
