The company has grown very fast and management is trying very hard to create a cohesive environment with multiple departments. I appreciate the efforts they make to show us we are valued and appreciated.

The pay scale among my specific department is very skewed based on when you were hired. Senior employees are not paid the same base rate as new hires, even when we are performing the same work.
