Right now work is good, before with the new business plan it was very difficult because I think they should've educated us more on the business plan. I've been with this company for almost a year, I've been here through the new and stressful business plan and I have only received a couple shirts and gift cards. According to the compensation plan I'm due for a raise but I haven't heard anything about it.
