I feel undervalued due to no career path (despite multiple efforts over the last couple years to receive one) and small to none annual merit increases for employees. What would make me feel better? Higher compensation and a clear career path.

Nature's Sunshine has provided annual merit increases for employees, the average merit increase is 3%. We have also provided annual bonuses and performance reviews that include career path planning for Managers and Employees to discuss.

There's just a lot of initiatives, and it's awesome that we have so much we want to do. But some are so unrealistic and it's not doable because skipping steps creates more problems, but it's very high-stress job - there's a ton expected of you when you literally can only do so much
