I love the variety my job provides. Every day is different and I get to interact with such a varied groups/people. It means I am always learning from the best. I am grateful that my job challenges me every day in different ways. I appreciate having the freedom to experiment and fail.

I wouldn't want to work anywhere else. The friendly, positive, happy environment is the best. It is the people I get to associate with on a daily basis that makes NSP the best. I love being given a challenge to help NSP become even better.

Honestly, is the best compared to where friends and neighbors work. I appreciate our HR group going to battle yearly to keep the minimums downs.

They work hard in any condition they are tasked with. There has not been a time where I have asked for help and they are right there. My team will work hard to help NSP be successful.

Clarity. They are clear and concise at all times; there is no question of their vision and what needs to be accomplished. Decisiveness. Once they have made up their mind, they don't hesitate to commit; it's all hands on deck.
