It's complex. I think I am paid fairly FOR MY POSITION, but my qualifications and experience have me feeling like I am ready to take a step up in pay and position.

We didnt get raises and we do all the production. Not alot of communication. Prices have went up but wages werent comensated for that

Just knowing the amount of money the company makes, I feel they could pay us Employees at the bottom of the totem pole a little better!! After all it ALL has to start from the bottom and without us Employees we wouldn't be a company.
