Bonuses and cost of living increases were scrubbed this year but Terrance received over $2 Million in stock this year with the rest of the executives getting over $1 Million each. If we struggled to make a profit in 2022. How come they all get millions in stock but all of us doing the work got zip?

Management interacting more with their employees. Paying employees based on inflation. Not having redundant busy work, which accomplishes nothing.

I'd like to get my bonus and a cost of living increase. 3% is a little light, how about at least a 10% raise? Terrance got over $2 million in stock this year? He could afford to skip his $2 million in stock and help us small fry out doing the work for his extravagant lifestyle. Throw us a bone.

Struggle with the management and the negativity towards employees

Employees are typically seen as a liability instead of an asset. If upper management can save money by letting someone go and spreading the work out on the rest of the team, they will do so.

There's just a lot of initiatives, and it's awesome that we have so much we want to do. But some are so unrealistic and it's not doable because skipping steps creates more problems, but it's very high-stress job - there's a ton expected of you when you literally can only do so much
