The leadership team is aligned in vision, strategies, goals, and rewards. They are personable and actually have an open-door way they go about their interactions with employees.

I work with people of good character and competence. The team likes each other and pushes hard to succeed and reach goals with strong work ethic and innovative ideas.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Competitive salary and good medical plan are in place. We've hit historic revenue levels, and leadership paid out according to plan with honesty and integrity. Even though we haven't reached profitable targets, they paid out a lot of money they probably would have liked to keep on the bottom line.
