Comany is moving in the right direction. But this creates a lot of workload and one person is doing the job of two persons. Work is the enemy. Team is great. I appreciate the mutual respect here and a great team to learn from and work with.

Ambitious! Moving in the right direction with promising strategies. However, with a rise in the number of projects and demanding workload, the company needs to invest in resources that actually help share the work to meet timelines and deliverables.
