Everyone is very positive and encouraging, also willing to help when needed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base salary, the bonus is great this year, but that is not something you can depend on to support a family.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are actively engaged at all levels of the business. They do a great job of communicating large goals and how we are going to get there. And most importantly they give us updates throughout the year on how progress.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positive people - great to work with. With the renewal of the brand, there is a lot more energy, and expectations are high; at times, the work is stressful, but overall, as an individual, I have grown in my skills and confidence.
