I've had plenty of opportunities over the years to grow with the company. The product credit to purchase our own products is great. The pay is fair and the overall compensation package is above average. Lately we have seen way too much talent leave the company to pursue other interests.

I have had many opportunities for professional growth. Our culture continues to be conducive to for employees to learn and grow. This company has helped me with a great work life balance. My family benefits from taking the companies products.
