there has been some growth in opportunities that I have enjoyed pursuing but overall, the print line of business is not growing. motivation is lacking when there isn't growth. I enjoy my immediate team, the PTO, and the work from home. but the pay is not great and opportunity is few and far between

the culture is not competitive. people lift you up when they go up the ladder.

pay is lacking, retention is hard when people leave bc of burnout, and positions are not backfilled. it creates a cycle that leads to more burn out and more people leaving.

we have had huge chunks of our team leave due to layoffs and quitting and this has made others take on more work than feasibly possible. the MOPs role in particular.
