What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the leadership team tries to be open with the staff. They also seem to be successful at working toward their business goals.

I feel very supported by my manager. I can go to them with any issues and know that they will have my back.

They are willing to share the current health of the agency (mainly from a financial perspective) and they clearly lay out the vision for the agency. 1 or 2 also get very involved on new business work and major accounts that show they care and are willing to roll up their sleeves to win/retain client

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is time off.

The 401k match is generous as is the PTO that I negotiated for. As an independent agency, I'd like to see the possibility of a quarterly or annual bonus considered.

My salary is low compared to the industry standard and after talking to others within the company about their salaries I know that I am being underpaid even within the company.

In ICS, there seems to be lack of support from upper level management to achieve the desired structure. The plan seems to be to execute this from the bottom up when it should be the other way around.
