I have enjoyed my time at Novus thus far and have been provided some opportunities to advance. The number of reorganizations and rounds of layoffs that have happened in the last few years leave me feeling wary about the future of the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very creative and driven and we support each other when work becomes overwhelming.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel very supported by my manager. I can go to them with any issues and know that they will have my back.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy the environment within my team, I feel supported by them and know that I can turn to them if I feel overwhelmed.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am not sure that I am excited to go to work each day but I think the best part is the support that I receive from my team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary is low compared to the industry standard and after talking to others within the company about their salaries I know that I am being underpaid even within the company.
